We are happy to announce that on 19th November 2009 Ms. Anna Śmigaj defended Ph.D. thesis with a dissertation „Civil liability of the parent company to the subsidiary company and its creditors”. The dissertation received very favourable opinions of reviewers and our Law Firm has gained another lawyer with a Ph.D. degree in civil law. Ms. Anna Śmigaj is employed in the Labour Law Department and the Litigation Department, and additionally, due to academic interest, cooperates with the Companies Law Department. We heartily congratulate and wish Ms. Anna Śmigaj further academic and professional successes.
